The CPD Standards Office is proud to announce its collaboration with the University Students Club Association (USCA) and the official accreditation of its leadership and management programs, specifically designed for university students and university student club systems. This initiative is implemented in partnership with CPD MENA and represents a significant step in promoting continuous professional learning among youth and student club leaders across the MENA region and GCC — with international recognition.

A Leading Model for Student Professional Development

This accreditation provides an internationally recognized framework for continuous professional development and is designed to meet the needs of student club leaders in project management, team leadership, governance, and professional communication. The programs aim to empower students and equip them with measurable, officially accredited skills.

Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

In collaboration with CPD MENA, the USCA program aims to equip young leaders with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to manage projects, lead teams, and contribute effectively to their communities and future workplaces. Through this first-of-its-kind accredited initiative, students gain leadership qualifications recognized within international CPD frameworks.

Abeer Almutairi, representative of the University Students Club Association (USCA), said:

“Transforming the student experience into accredited pathways is an investment in human capital — and students now have a documented professional record.”

Looking Ahead

USCA plans to expand the program by adding modules, digital content, and partnerships with local, regional, and international student networks, aiming to build a future-ready student generation that contributes effectively to the workforce and society
